Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD in biology or chemistry related sciences with 5+ years of industrial translational biomarker experience.
- Experience in assay development, GCLP validation, and soluble biomarker assays for clinical studies.
- Strong skills in immunochemical techniques, protein biochemistry, LC-MS and molecular biology.
- Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute fit-for-purpose clinical biomarker assays for PD and response.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies to support translational biomarker strategies.
- Collaborate with CROs to transition and monitor assays to external vendors.
- Drive advancement of early-stage projects into translational and clinical development.
- May lead Associate Scientists as a manager or mentor.
- Authors and oversees documentation through GCLP-regulated testing stages.
