Job summary

My Financial Partner delivers high quality, fast-paced fractional Controller, AP, and GL services to 70+ network companies across the Teamshares portfolio. You will join the GAAP-centric transition team to clean up legacy books during acquisitions and hand off stabilized processes to the ongoing MFP team.

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and strong accounting fundamentals.
• Experience closing monthly books for multiple entities.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams during transitions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary GL accountant for multiple NCs in transition.
• Determine and implement accounting entries such as accruals, reserves, reclasses, and intercompany entries.
• Coach onsite finance leads on AR standard practices and payment applications.
• Modernize AP tools (Bill.com, Charted) and coordinate payment releases with NC leadership.
• Reconcile cash, credit cards, and payroll to the GL.
