The role involves performing laboratory testing and interpreting results, and leading daily technical operations with staff training and instrument implementation. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s in medical technology or biology/chemical science and ASCP/AMT/AAB

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in medical technology or Biology/Chemical Science is required.
• ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification is required.
• 3 years of laboratory tech experience is required.
• Blood bank experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and interpret results using laboratory principles.
• Develop, maintain and manage daily technical operations, including staff training and education, instrumentation implementation, and accreditation readiness.
