Qualifications

• Bachelor's in medical technology or Biology/Chemical Science required.
• ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification required.
• 3 years of laboratory tech experience required.
• Blood bank experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and interpret results using established procedures.
• Develop, maintain and manage daily technical operations; train staff and educate.
• Implement instrumentation and ensure accreditation readiness.
