You will guide discovery, planning, and problem-solving sessions, develop executive-ready recommendations, and manage risks and dependencies to ensure successful implementation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives with business and tech stakeholders.
• Strong strategic analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to drive alignment, facilitate decisions, and influence outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management across organizational levels.
• Experience turning objectives into actionable plans, managing risks and dependencies, and delivering execution.
• Thrives in ambiguity, adapts quickly, and balances strategy with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to business and technology leaders guiding teams through complex challenges and strategic initiatives.

• Analyze processes, risks, and impacts to develop actionable recommendations.
• Translate strategic goals into practical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Identify and address risks, gaps, dependencies, and organizational challenges.
• Influence and align stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, and decision materials.
• Drive organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and change adoption.
• Establish and manage implementation plans, milestones, and risks for successful execution.
• Guide initiatives from concept to implementation with focus on business outcomes.
