Job summary

EY’s Asset & Wealth Management Consulting team in the US seeks a Senior Consultant to shape client operating models, data strategies, and technology enablement across traditional and alternative asset managers. You’ll work within EY’s Financial Services Organization to deliver scalable, governance-focused solutions.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage in client services, and travel as needed while advancing sophisticated investment operation projects in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, CS, or eng; MBA/MS preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in asset management or wealth platforms.
• Experience in financial services consulting with exposure to operations or technology.
• Familiarity with investment systems such as Aladdin, Charles River, Eagle, eFront, Investran, Geneva.
• Experience with process improvement, system implementation, PM, or middle-office outsourcing.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsibilities

• Support clients across the investment management lifecycle, from product development to fund accounting, data management, and reporting.
• Design and implement target operating models to improve scalability, cost, and governance across front-, middle-, and back-office functions.
• Participate in technology-enabled transformations, including system selection and implementation.
• Work with clients on outsourcing strategy, automation, and digital operating models.
• Contribute to business development and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to offer EY solutions.
