Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Sr. Business Transformation Analyst in Finance to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

You will identify opportunities, translate insights into actionable strategies, and apply AI to optimize business processes within a cross-functional team. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of experience in business/data analysis; CBTP/CBAP/PMI-PBA/PMP certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IT/cs, finance/economics, data science/analytics or related field required.
• Six years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis; AI/application experience preferred.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of large language models and AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
