The ideal candidate has 6+ years in business analysis and data analytics, with strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office to support transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/Computer Science, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Six (6) years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis, or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is highly preferred.

• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.

• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement into all transformation efforts.
