Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT/CS, Finance/Economics, Data Science/Analytics.
• Six years of related experience in business analysis and data analysis.
• Experience applying AI and analytics to business processes is preferred.
• Certifications such as CBTP, CBAP, PMI-PBA or PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that align with growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Engages with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and align transformation efforts with organizational goals.
• Assists in the design and delivery of transformation programs, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Utilizes AI tools and technologies to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and accelerate innovation.
• Identifies, prioritizes, and implements high-impact AI use cases in collaboration with tech and business leaders.
• Drives adoption and cultural alignment through proactive change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Partners with leadership to define success metrics and monitors progress against transformation objectives.
