Job summary

PwC in Seattle seeks a Transfer Pricing Senior Associate to support clients on TP matters, developing and maintaining pricing approaches for intercompany transactions while navigating tax rules and compliance-driven work. You will build client connections, guide junior team members, and handle complex workstreams within our Tax Services practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Eligibility to sit for the CPA exam in your state of employment or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transfer pricing arrangements and apply tax rules for intercompany transactions.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation, analyses and memoranda for client engagements.
• Interpret financial data, tax filings and business context to develop pricing recommendations.
• Support client service teams across multiple jurisdictions on TP projects.
• Review functional interviews and industry information to inform methods and benchmarking.
