Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. seeks a Tax Experienced Manager, Transfer Pricing to advise clients on transfer pricing implications and compliant options. The role includes marketing, networking, and business development within the transfer pricing practice.

The position involves leading engagements, developing documentation, and applying IRS and OECD guidelines to complex transactions, with focus on delivering high-quality tax solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other relevant field of study, required
• Advanced degree, preferred
• Six or more years of prior experience in transfer pricing
• Experience supervising professionals on a project or engagement basis
• Experience with review of tax provisions from a transfer pricing perspective

Responsibilities

• Completes financial analysis related to intercompany transactions to assist in documentation of transfer pricing policies
• Identifies when research is appropriate and frames issues to be researched
• Participates in determining scope of transfer pricing projects, budgets and timelines
• Drafts final reports and ensures compliance with transfer pricing requirements
• Assists in determining transfer pricing methods under IRS and OECD guidelines
• Supervises day-to-day workload of transfer pricing staff and reviews work product
• Identifies opportunities for additional consulting specialties and cross selling
• Presents proposals, statements of work and engagement letters
