Job summary

Qualifications

• Education with 15–20 years of directly related experience in related field or Master’s with 5–10 years; equivalent combination accepted.
• Experience with piezoelectric transducer design for SONAR applications is required.
• Proficiency with cross-functional collaboration in engineering and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and deliver transducer design solutions from concept to production.
• Coordinate prototype manufacturing including hands-on assembly/modification.
• Perform system validation and testing to specifications and DOE/DFM considerations.
• Prepare technical documentation and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership to lower-level engineers and ensure adherence to regulations and schedules.
