Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 15–20 years of experience
- Master's degree in a related field with 5–10 years of experience
- Experience with piezoelectric transducer design for sonar applications; proficiency in SolidWorks, COMSOL, Piezocad
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver transducer design and modeling solutions
- Coordinate prototype manufacturing and some hands-on assembly/modification
- Validate transducers at system level to specifications and budgets
- Create technical documentation and procedures for projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide leadership in engineering tasks
