Job summary

The role requires extensive experience (BS with 15–20 years or MS with 5–10 years) in transducer design, proficiency in SolidWorks, COMSOL and Piezocad, and ability to work across engineering and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 15–20 years of directly related experience and/or training, or Master's with 5–10 years of related experience.
• Experience with piezoelectric transducer design for sonar applications.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks; experience with COMSOL and Piezocad preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines, develops, and delivers novel solutions across problems requiring advanced modeling techniques.
• Transducer design, modeling, analysis, and prototype manufacturing coordination.
• System-level validation and testing to specifications; documentation for projects.
