Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support on transaction workstreams under the VP Transactions.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate companies, assets, partnerships, and transaction structures.
• Conduct valuation and sensitivity analyses to inform deal strategy and recommendations.
• Draft high-quality presentations and materials for management committee and board reviews.
