Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support on transaction workstreams under VP Transactions.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate deals and structures.
• Conduct valuation analyses to inform strategy and recommendations.
• Manage due diligence coordination and information gathering.
• Draft presentations for management committee and board reviews.
