The ideal candidate will manage multiple complex matters, maintain client service excellence and collaborate with attorneys, clients and government agencies. Requires 7+ years of transactional experience, CA paralegal qualification, and strong drafting and governance skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Paralegal certificate required.
• Minimum 7 years of transactional paralegal experience.
• Experience with corporate, real estate and infrastructure transactions preferred.

Aufgaben

• Support all phases of corporate, commercial, real estate and infrastructure transactions.
• Develop closing checklists, transaction schedules and closing binders.
• Coordinate transaction logistics with clients, counsel, title and filing services.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and organize data rooms.
• Draft, revise and organize transaction documents under attorney supervision.
• Prepare and maintain corporate records and governance documents.
• Prepare regulatory filings and licenses; assist with procurement documents.
