Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Senior Transaction Manager for the Americas Brokerage Group. The role focuses on independently managing complex real estate transactions, site selection, and negotiations, while coordinating with national brokers and client stakeholders.

Independently manage and execute complex, large, and mid-size transactions with a high level of proficiency and knowledge. Collect client requirements; obtain market data; review market reports; and retain real estate broker partners nationally. Oversee site selection and site evaluation. Create requests for proposals (RFPs). Negotiate letters of intent (LOIs), leases, and purchase and sale agreements. Prepare transaction approval packages for the client’s executive management. Negotiate favorable economic and flexible lease terms. Coordinate with field brokers; review and finalize broker engagements; and review commission invoices to ensure accuracy. Actively monitor progress of assigned transactions. Develop occupancy cost savings strategies and evaluate alternative occupancy solutions.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the client’s organization. Attend regular client meetings and conference calls. Manage transaction and pipeline reporting to the client, including ongoing communication and manual pipeline upkeep. Execute and proactively suggest opportunities to improve client transaction management processes.
Demonstrates financial acumen including understanding of P&L impacts on real state decision making. Support the client with development of financial analyses in accordance with the client’s process. Be responsible for achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), service levels, and other measures.

Estimated compensation for this position: 175,000.00 – 215,000.00 USD per year. This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
