Responsibilities

• Data gathering and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side and sell side transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure exceptional service.

Skills

5+ years’ experience in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines

Excellent verbal and written communication

Intermediate modeling and excel skills

Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
