Job summary

Vickers and Nolan Enterprises (VNE) seeks a TS/SCI/CI Poly cleared Training Specialist with a Master’s in Education or related field to lead curriculum development for government programs in the intelligence community.

The role covers instructional design, training delivery, and program management, with diverse methods including classroom, on-the-job, and electronic learning. Strong coordination with onsite supervisors is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Education, Psychology or related Training Systems discipline.

Responsibilities

• The scope of work includes systems engineering, technical and management support for government programs.
• Support is provided to multiple stakeholders responsible for development, integration, and sustainment of specialized operational capabilities.
• Training and education services include program management, engineering analysis, design, configuration management, testing, and cybersecurity.
• Trainers may use varied methods: on-the-job, schools, classroom, apprenticeship, e-learning, simulations, and distance learning.
• Essential duties include clear communication of task requirements to clients and leading meetings or working groups.
• Must be able to sit/stand for long periods and attend work during scheduled hours.
