Job summary

Vickers and Nolan Enterprises (VNE) is seeking an experienced Curriculum Training Specialist III to lead and oversee training development for government projects. The role requires a TS/SCI/CI Poly clearance, a master's degree in Education, Psychology or related fields, and 10 years of curriculum development experience.

Responsibilities include designing training programs, supervising delivery, and ensuring compliance with government requirements.

Qualifications

• Ten (10) years professional experience in curriculum development.
• Conducting and supervising training and development programs for employees and external customers.
• Planning, and program development to identify and assess training needs, trainers research all problems.

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner.
• Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups.
• Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard.
• Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off.

Education

Master's degree in Education, Psychology or related Training Systems discipline
