Job summary

Nightwing is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the unified AMS/FIPE solution. You will develop training materials, conduct sessions, and ensure operators and admins can use system capabilities effectively.

You will collaborate with SMEs and development teams to tailor training for diverse skill levels. Senior level role requires 10+ years of technical training, a relevant degree, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of technical training experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience developing training for complex software systems.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with e-learning development tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
• Experience training in classified environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training curricula and materials.
• Conduct training sessions at various locations (NCR, San Antonio, Ft. Eisenhower, Hawaii).
• Create hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations.
• Develop training videos and interactive tutorials.
• Assess training effectiveness and adjust content accordingly.
• Coordinate with SMEs to ensure technical accuracy.
• Support user onboarding and transition activities.
• Maintain training materials in current state with software updates.
• Develop training assessment and certification processes.
• Support development of in-program tutorials.
