Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company is seeking a Senior Training Specialist for North America Markets to design, manage, and deliver training for sales, customers, and partners across the region. You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Applications, Aftermarket, and Manufacturing to assess needs, develop curricula, and lead cross-functional programs, traveling up to 15%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in training, learning and development, sales enablement, technical education, product training, or related field.
• Experience owning training programs, curricula, and instructional content.
• Experience leading complex training initiatives with multiple stakeholders or SMEs.
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training and coaching presenters or SMEs.
• Strong project and program management with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders across functions and levels.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain consistent training standards, formats, and delivery practices.
• Guide and coach SMEs and presenters in developing and delivering effective training content.
• Partner with Product Marketing and other functions to develop training for new products, technologies, and strategic initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.

Job description

The Senior Training Specialist, North America Markets is responsible for developing, managing, and delivering training programs that support sales representatives, customers, and business partners across North America Markets. This role owns assigned training programs and curricula, ensuring consistent, high-quality learning experiences across in-person, virtual, and digital platforms.

This role partners with Sales, Product Marketing, Applications, Aftermarket, Market Leaders, Manufacturing, and other subject matter experts to assess training needs and develop effective learning solutions. The role leads complex and cross-functional training initiatives, guides and coaches content contributors and presenters, establishes training standards and best practices, and identifies opportunities to continuously improve BAC's training programs.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve training curricula and learning programs for BAC representatives and customers.
• Assess training needs with business leaders and translate identified needs into effective learning solutions.
• Develop presentations, videos, e-learning modules, facilitator guides, reference materials, and other training resources.
• Lead complex and cross-functional training initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Establish and maintain consistent training standards, formats, and delivery practices.
• Guide and coach subject matter experts and presenters in developing and delivering effective training content.
• Partner with Product Marketing and other functions to develop training supporting new products, technologies, and strategic business initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback, learning outcomes, and business needs.

Representative & Digital Training Programs

• Develop and deliver training, onboarding, and development programs for BAC representatives across North America Markets.
• Partner with Market Leaders to identify training gaps and develop solutions addressing market-specific needs.
• Maintain training curricula, learning paths, assessments, and program catalogs.
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of BAC Academy and other learning platforms.
• Develop and manage online learning content and resources.
• Partner with BAC manufacturing facilities to develop hands‑on and experiential learning opportunities.
• Lead cross-market training initiatives involving multiple functions, locations, or representative organizations.
• Travel to representative offices and BAC locations to deliver specialized training as needed.

Industry Education & PDH Programs

• Develop and maintain Professional Development Hour (PDH) and continuing education programs.
• Coordinate and prepare internal and external presenters to deliver educational content.
• Partner with industry organizations and educational groups to expand BAC's educational presence.
• Support BAC's participation in relevant conferences, technical meetings, and industry education events.
• Ensure applicable programs meet relevant quality, documentation, and continuing education requirements.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, Technical Training, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in training, learning and development, sales enablement, technical education, product training, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and owning training programs, curricula, and instructional content.
• Experience leading complex training initiatives involving multiple stakeholders or subject matter experts.
• Experience facilitating in-person and virtual training and coaching presenters or subject matter experts.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence and coordinate stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
• Ability to translate business and learning needs into effective training solutions.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within industrial, HVAC, manufacturing, engineering, technical, or construction‑related industries.
• Experience with instructional design, multimedia development, or video production.
• Experience working with independent sales representatives or distribution networks.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and curriculum development.
• Experience with learning management systems, continuing education programs, and training effectiveness measurement.

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $82,400 - $141,200.
