Job summary

Valiant Integrated Services is seeking a Principal Training and Development Specialist / Battlemaster Controller to join our team at Wheeler AAF, HI, supporting the Army TADSS Maintenance Program (ATMP) and training devices such as AVCATT, AH-64D Longbow Crew Trainer, UH-60M TBOS/BAT, CH-47F TFPS and AVCATT.

The role focuses on planning, briefing senior officers, operating SAF systems, developing training programs, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in aviation-related operations.
• Experience training personnel across levels in aviation environments.
• Familiarity with hardware/software for aviation training systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate TADSS workstations and provide familiarization training (AVCATT).
• Plan and schedule training, brief senior officers and civilian personnel.
• Develop and deliver training programs for multiple software/hardware systems.
• Maintain documentation of training, evaluations and reports.
