Job summary

Advanced IT Concepts, LLC (AITC) seeks a Training and Development Lead to manage aviation training for rotary-wing platforms at Fort Novosel, AL. You will lead training programs, coordinate with Govt customers, and ensure delivery of TADSS and hands-on support while aligning with USAACE standards.

The role requires a BS/BA in Engineering, Science, or IT with 6 years of experience (or 8+ years in lieu of degree); travel may be required; strong leadership and PPE-compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Science, or IT with 6+ years of experience; or 8+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Must obtain/maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge based on current Army doctrine and standards.
• Provide support to create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for employees, government, and customers.
• Ensure training events are supported so no loss of training is caused by maintenance; provide TADSS and hands-on training as requested.
• Assist with exercise planning and scenario development, including SOF support; provide SMEs and replicate higher HQs.
• Other duties as assigned; travel to other installations and WTRS locations.
