Responsabilités

• Develops and oversees the command's training programs and plans to meet readiness objectives.
• Provides staff planning to ensure training readiness and deployment planning.
• Directs scheduling and execution of training courses and coordination with external training entities.
• Develops and prepares annual operational and training budget requirements.
• Evaluates and revises training activities to align with higher guidance and doctrine.
• Plans deployment and contingency operation plans for local/state/national emergencies.
