Job summary

Geosyntec is seeking a Senior Training Specialist Project Manager to contribute to our mission supporting Savannah River Nuclear Solutions in Aiken, SC. The role focuses on developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to meet DOE security and safety requirements.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, DOE Q clearance eligibility, and 4–8 years of relevant experience. A strong safety culture and project coordination skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least 4 to 8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Due to federal contract security requirements, this position requires U.S. Citizenship.
• Due to federal contract security requirements, candidates must be able to successfully pass a federal background investigation to secure and maintain DOE Q security clearance.
• Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven drug and background testing.

Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision, designs and maintains training programs.
• Develops instructional materials and validates training content for safety and compliance.
• Supports training staff and reviews training materials for quality and compliance.
• Acts as Subcontract Technical Representative coordinating subcontracted personnel and budgeting.
• Conducts needs analyses and develops training program descriptions (TPDs).
• Evaluates training effectiveness and maintains accurate training records.
