University of California - Riverside seeks a Senior Training Manager to lead the Environmental Health, Safety, and Risk Management division on projects with university-wide impact. The role uses instructional design, adult learning, and project management to create training programs, outreach, communications, and IT content, including eLearning, audio/video, and instructor-led courses.

Responsabilidades

Lead the Environmental Health, Safety, and Risk Management division's training initiatives with university-wide impact.
Apply instructional design, adult learning, and project management to create and manage training programs, outreach, communications, and IT content (including eLearning, audio/video, and instructor-led courses).
Develop SMEs and staff as needed to support training programs.
Create multimedia content and produce it on an established schedule.
Analyze complex training needs and implement recommendations to address a wide range of issues.
