Job summary

PGTEK is seeking a Sr. Training Lead to support our L200 Driving Adoption capability. The role focuses on turning new cloud and AI capabilities into durable workforce confidence and independent performance for federal and DoD customers.

You will design role-based curricula, labs, facilitator materials, and assessments, while mentoring teammates and contributing reusable standards. Hybrid/remote with travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience applying instructional design principles and adult-learning strategies.
• Ability to design labs, assessments, and proficiency reporting.
• Experience with cloud/AI literacy and technical writing.

Sr. Training Lead - Federal and DoD Programs

About the Role

PGTEK is seeking a Sr. Training Lead to support our L200 Driving Adoption capability. You will turn new cloud and AI capabilities into durable workforce confidence and independent performance for federal and DoD customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design role-based curriculum, labs, facilitator materials, office hours, assessments, and proficiency reporting
• Apply instructional design, cloud/AI literacy, hands-on labs, adult learning, assessment, and technical writing
• Mentor team members and contribute reusable standards
• Support RMF/FedRAMP/DoD authorization activities

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant cloud, security, product, program, mission, or engineering experience
• 2+ years of hands-on Google Cloud or regulated-environment experience
• Experience with instructional design, cloud/AI literacy, hands-on labs, adult learning, assessment, technical writing, and facilitation

Preferred Qualifications

• CPTD or instructional-design/adult-learning credential
• Google Cloud role-aligned certification or instructor qualification

Clearance & Location

Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI eligibility preferred. Hybrid or remote with travel to customer sites (~10-25%). Washington, DC / Northern Virginia area preferred.
