FMI is seeking a Performance Senior Training Facilitator to lead delivery of experiential programs such as PMA, CBA, and Performance Trainings. The role requires deep built-environment expertise and the ability to translate industry challenges into practical learning experiences for construction executives and field leaders.

The position is full-time and based in Raleigh, NC or Denver, CO with travel of 60-80%.

Qualifications

• Significant built environment industry experience.
• 7+ years facilitating executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or related field.
• Proven track record designing and improving professional learning programs.
• Willingness to travel 60–80%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality experiential programs (PMA, CBA, Performance Trainings).
• Translate construction challenges into practical learning experiences.
• Adapt delivery in real time based on participant dynamics.
• Mentor and develop Performance Training Facilitators and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure exceptional engagement.
• Support content refinement and client-ready materials.
