Qualifications

• Plans, coordinates, schedules, and conducts in-house training classes for associates to build skills.
• Prepares training materials and documentation.
• Communicates technical information to users in non-technical terms.
• Can conduct ADDIE or similar instructional design process and deliver complete courses.
• Develops class modules, training materials, and handouts.
• Produces SCORM compliant courses for Cloud/LMS delivery.
• Offers follow-up training support and assessments.
• Administers hands-on training to technicians.
• Evaluates training programs via surveys and interviews.
• Creates PowerPoint presentations; outlines and syllabi.
