Qualifications

• Proven experience instructing or training professionals in mission-driven environments.
• Deep understanding of analytical tradecraft and intelligence or operations workflows.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Minimum of 36 months relevant experience in the technical skill area.
• Adjunct Faculty certification is preferred.
• Current TS/SCI with polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive training sessions aligned with evolving mission requirements.
• Facilitate learning that helps analysts reach new levels of insight and performance.
• Adapt instructional methods to diverse learner needs and skill levels.
• Provide hands-on tutoring to analysts including one-to-one sessions, seminars, and virtual training support.
• Collaborate with SMEs and leadership to refine course content and training as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of mission areas and evolving analyst skill sets.
