Nightwing is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the unified AMS/FIPE solution. This role develops training materials, conducts sessions, and ensures operators and administrators can effectively utilize system capabilities.

Location: NCR or San Antonio, TX. Requires TS/SCI clearance, a bachelor’s degree, and 10+ years of technical training experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of technical training experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (or equivalent).
• Experience developing training for complex software systems.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Experience with e-learning development tools.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences.
• Experience training in classified environments.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; U.S. citizen.

This position develops training materials, conducts training sessions, and ensures operators and administrators can effectively utilize system capabilities. The specialist works with SMEs and development teams to create training that addresses user needs across multiple skill levels.

Salary & Benefits

The salary associated with this position ($99,000-$206,000) is commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and demonstrated level of expertise. Compensation will be determined based on these factors to ensure alignment with skills, responsibilities, and market standards. Nightwing offers medical, vision and dental insurance coverage in addition to a 401k plan, PTO, Holidays, and additional insurances.
