About the Team

The Senior Training Architect will join the Presales Strategy & Transformation team, a dynamic and innovative group at Nutanix. This remote team is spread across multiple geographic locations, including AMER, EMEA, and APAC, allowing for diverse perspectives and insights. The team culture emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared success. Its mission is to equip sales engineers with the skills and knowledge to excel, driving customer engagement through expert training and enablement solutions.

You will report to the Manager of Solutions Strategy & Transformation, known for fostering an inclusive environment. You will lead the creation and facilitation of milestone-based training to equip early-career SEs with technical and presales skills. The role combines instructional design expertise with engaging delivery across hybrid cloud, cloud-native technologies, and customer engagement strategies.

This manager values autonomy while promoting open communication and collaboration, creating a safe space for idea sharing and challenging the status quo. The role is fully remote, offering flexibility for work-life balance without requiring office presence.

Travel is minimal, with less than 25% expected. The schedule offers flexibility to accommodate different time zones, ensuring accessible training sessions and collaborations globally.

Your Role
  1. Translate frameworks and SME input into eLearn modules, hands-on Labs, ILT sessions, and knowledge checks.
  2. Design learning experiences simulating technical sales cycles: discovery, sizing, demos, objection handling.
  3. Facilitate live training sessions globally, including onboarding, labs, workshops, and skill-building.
  4. Deliver training with clarity, presence, and adaptability across virtual and in-person formats.
  5. Coach and mentor early-career SEs through technical ramp-up, product immersion, and confidence-building.
  6. Customize delivery to regional norms, ensuring consistent experiences across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
  7. Collaborate with curriculum owners, technical SMEs, and enablement leads to align content and strategies.
  8. Create reusable toolkits, lab guides, and frameworks for global scaling.
  9. Act as a feedback conduit between the field, participants, and the enablement team.
  10. Iterate on design and delivery based on learner data and outcomes.
What You Will Bring
  • 6–8+ years in technical training, instructional design, or sales engineering enablement.
  • Experience designing and delivering learning paths for technical/presales audiences.
  • Facilitation skills (T-3 level), engaging diverse learners across formats.
  • Deep understanding of hybrid cloud, cloud-native, or DevOps concepts relevant to sales engineers.
  • Proficiency with instructional tools (e.g., Articulate, Rise, LMS platforms) and facilitation tools (e.g., Zoom, Miro, Slido).
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring early-career talent or developing certification programs is a plus.
Work Arrangement

This position is primarily remote, with potential requirements to visit local offices or travel based on business needs.

The starting pay range is USD $128,000 to $255,600 annually, with variations depending on factors like location, experience, and skills. Compensation may include bonuses, stock units, and other benefits, including medical, financial, and paid time off (vacation, sick leave, parental leave). Details will be provided upon offer.
