Job summary

TRUMPF Inc. is seeking a Training Administrator to provide guidance to Training Administrators and coordinate complex training programs.

You will improve customer satisfaction, manage registrations, and collaborate with Sales, Service and Project Managers to build Smart Factory training plans. The role requires LMS administration experience, SAP proficiency, and strong communication skills; a high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage training requirements for Premier Accounts and internal coordination.
• Lead LMS administration and collaborate with TRUMPF HQ on system improvements.
• Create training quotes and process invoices in SAP; Training SAP Key User.
• Manage LMS enrollments, cancellations, and course progress for TUS/TUSC/TUSD.
• Use HALO to track and manage training inquiries with timely follow-up.
• Support Head of Technical Training & L&D with customer-focused initiatives.
• Administer and improve LMS and SAP processes.
• Serve as a key connection between customers, Training, Sales, Service, Applications and project teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and operational support to Training Administrators, including best-practice sharing, complex-case support, and coverage coordination.
• Improve customer satisfaction and Training Center order intake through proactive support, tailored learning plans, accurate follow-up, and timely scheduling.
• Contact customers after new-machine purchases to explain training options, identify needs, and support registration.
• Develop Smart Factory training plans in collaboration with Sales, Service, and Project Managers.
• Manage training requirements for Premier Accounts, including learning plans, customer follow-up, enrollment support, and internal coordination.
• Lead LMS administration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with TRUMPF headquarters on system improvements.
• Create training quotes and process invoices in SAP; serve as the Training SAP Key User.
• Manage LMS enrollments, cancellations, and course progress for TUS, TUSC, and TUSD.
• Use HALO to track and manage customer training inquiries with timely follow-up.
• Support the Head of Technical Training & L&D with customer-focused initiatives.
• Administer and improve LMS and SAP processes.
• Support other Training Administrators acts as a key connection between customers, Training, Sales, Service, Applications and project teams.

Experience & Education

• Experience in training administration, customer service, account coordination, project coordination, or a related field, along with advanced experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System and guiding others in its use.
• Experience with SAP, customer training processes, technical products, complex customer requirements, Premier Accounts, or cross-functional projects is preferred.
• The candidate should have strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately, and excellent communication, organization, follow-up, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, while maintaining a customer-first approach priorities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in management or administration preferred.
