The Opportunity:

CCI is seeking a Senior Trainer to enhance the operational effectiveness of USSTRATCOM through advanced data science initiatives. This role involves developing and delivering training programs to equip personnel with skills in data analytics for strategic decision-making and operational planning.

The work location is Omaha, Nebraska, contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise training to promote data-driven analytics across all directorates and components.
• Develop educational programs to foster a data-driven culture and understanding of AI, ML, and data science tools.
• Support governance training and development of algorithmic models for data, AI/ML.
• Design and deliver technical training in AI/ML and data science.
• Facilitate workshops for non-technical stakeholders to build trust and understanding of new technologies.
• Research and revise training courses, define training objectives.
• Evaluate training performance and recommend improvements.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge to high-impact tasks and assignments.
• Serve as a technical expert across projects.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to meet mission objectives.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data science or analytics, with training or instructional design background.
• Certification: 8140 Cert within 6 months (e.g., DoD 8140 cyber certification, applicable degree, or training).

Additional skills:

• Proficiency with data analysis tools (Python, R, SQL) and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex data concepts into understandable training content.

Pay Range:
