Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in DOT inspections, FHWA inspections, and air brakes.
• Willingness to work outdoors in the elements.
• Able to work across multiple shifts, including nights and/or weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform complex trailer maintenance and repairs per company and manufacturer specifications.
• Troubleshoot trailer issues and complete work orders, aiming for standard repair times and warranty guidelines.
• Mentor new technician trainees and coordinate shift support as a team lead.
