PRIME AE Group is seeking a Sr. Traffic Project Manager to join our Columbus or Akron offices in Ohio.

You will lead high-impact traffic engineering projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and cultivate client relationships while driving growth in the Ohio market. Ideal candidates are licensed Ohio PEs with 10+ years in traffic engineering and project management, strong leadership, and a proven track record with ODOT projects and traffic analysis.

Qualifications

• BSCE degree required.
• Active Ohio PE license required.
• 10+ years in traffic engineering and project management.
• Experience with ODOT projects and traffic analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage traffic engineering projects from concept through final design and construction support.
• Oversee design teams, coordinate with subconsultants, and manage budgets/schedules.
