Qualifications

• Ten years or more of transportation engineering experience preferred.
• Experience managing transportation projects, including staff, budgets, and clients.
• PE required, PTOE a plus, preferably NY or NJ.
• Valid US driver's license and work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to develop solutions for transportation challenges at large transit hubs.
• Provide guidance and final review of traffic engineering designs (signing, striping, signals).
• Oversee safety and state of good repair for agency facilities.
• Collaborate with agency officials and stakeholders.
• Manage client requests, budgets, and multiple consultant teams.
• Interpret data analytics to develop recommendations and solutions.
• Coordinate with on-site construction while ensuring safety and customer service.
