Job summary

Air Force Global Strike Command is seeking a Deployment and Distribution Flight Chief & Traffic Manager to exercise second level supervisory and managerial authority. This position directs and oversees transportation and logistics support for centralized command, ensuring efficient deployment and deployment management across multiple movement modes.

The role requires knowledge of traffic management principles, regulatory compliance, and leadership to mentor staff and coordinate contingency

Qualifications

• Knowledge of a wide range of traffic management principles, laws, regulations and operations across air, ground, rail and water movements.
• Ability to plan, organize, direct and mentor staff to meet program requirements.
