Qualifications
15+ years of traffic engineering experience with prior consulting experience required.
Ability to obtain PA PE if not already licensed.
Strong understanding of MUTCD standards and PennDOT requirements.
Responsibilities

Prepare reports and technical documentation.
Train and mentor junior traffic staff.
