Qualified candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, over 15 years of experience in traffic engineering, and proficiency with analysis tools such as Synchro and VISSIM. Qualifications

• 15+ years of traffic engineering experience with prior consulting experience required.
• Ability to obtain PA PE if not already licensed.
• Strong understanding of MUTCD standards and PennDOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic engineering tasks including traffic studies and safety studies.
• Prepare reports and technical documentation.
• Train and mentor junior traffic staff.
