Qualifications

• 15+ years of traffic engineering experience; prior consulting experience required.
• Ability to obtain PA PE if not already licensed.
• Strong understanding of PennDOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic engineering tasks including traffic studies and capacity analysis.
• Manage and oversee traffic components for roadway and planning projects.
• Train, mentor, and support junior traffic staff.
