Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking a dynamic traffic engineer to join its collaborative team in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will be responsible for a variety of traffic design projects, including preparation of detailed plans and supporting project management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, at least 8 years of relevant experience, and a strong understanding of DOT standards and traffic analysis tools. Qualifications

• 8 years’ experience related to traffic planning and design.
• Requires professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word.

Responsibilities

• Be an integral part of the area Traffic and Planning team.
• Prepare signing, pavement marking, signal and lighting plans.
• Support Project Managers with fee proposals and project monitoring.
