Job summary

DRMP is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineering Project Manager, PE, to lead and grow our traffic engineering practice. You will oversee complex studies, impact analyses, and modeling projects from inception through completion, with a focus on quality, client relations, and business development.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with engineers and interns, and travel to interface with clients. A PE license and a strong track record in traffic studies are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 7–10+ years in public/private sector projects; progression in responsibility.
• Proven track record with traffic studies in the state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee traffic engineering studies and traffic impact analyses through full life cycle with QA/QC.
• Drive business development and strengthen the DRMP brand across states.
• Manage multiple traffic studies; provide technical QA/QC on projects.
