The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, mentor staff, and support transportation solutions throughout Southern California, with opportunities for business development and high-impact delivery.

Qualifications

• BSCE required and active CA PE registration in Civil or Traffic Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years in traffic engineering/planning; 5 years of management.
• Southern California experience preferred, especially San Diego County.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage traffic engineering design teams and projects.
• Provide technical leadership for traffic engineering and planning.
• Manage schedules, budgets, scopes, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, public agencies, and internal teams.
• Mentor engineers and support business development.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
