Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of traffic engineering components (MOT, signing, pavement markings, signals).
• Conduct traffic impact and safety studies, signal optimization, and traffic forecasting.
• Prepare technical reports, proposals, and construction cost estimates.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and communications.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with regional offices and other disciplines.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and contractors to deliver high-quality solutions.
