Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced level engineering role overseeing projects and staff.
• Experience in traffic planning, design, and CEQA/NEPA processes.
• Licensure in CA preferred or PE with traffic experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead city-wide traffic planning and safety programs.
• Analyze transportation issues and prepare traffic studies (LOS, VMT).
• Design and modify traffic control systems and signals.
• Review development plans for traffic impact.
• Coordinate with officials, consultants, and residents.
