Job summary

Andersen James Group in the United States seeks a Team Lead – Traffic Engineering to build and mentor a growing traffic practice. You will blend technical leadership with client relationships and bid/secure work, acting as a seller-doer and trusted advisor to municipal clients.

You will lead a team of traffic engineers, review studies and designs, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and shape strategy and staff development for ongoing project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of traffic engineers and designers.
• Manage project delivery, resource planning, quality control, and technical oversight.

• Review traffic studies, signal design, signing and pavement marking plans, ITS, and related projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver transportation solutions.
