We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Traffic Engineer in the Transportation Department of our Mount Laurel, NJ, office. The successful candidate will provide traffic analysis and design capabilities and assist with highway/civil design efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide traffic signal/electrical designs
• Perform intersection and roadway capacity analyses using HCS, Synchro, and SimTraffic software
• Conduct crash and Highway Safety Manual analyses
• Develop conceptual construction staging alternatives and traffic control plans
• Provide staffing augmentation services for various state and municipal clients
• Assist in proposal writing and business development

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
• PE license
• Six to fifteen years of experience
• NJDOT Signal Design experience
• Traffic analysis experience
• Ability to produce professional deliverables adhering to client standards
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
