GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer to join our Transportation practice in Columbia, MD. You will lead complex traffic and mobility projects, mentor staff, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required; Master's degree preferred.
• PE license required.
• 8+ years of traffic engineering and transportation planning experience.
• Experience with traffic operations, roadway safety analyses, traffic signal systems, and transportation studies.
• Proficiency with Synchro, HCS, VISSIM, TransModeler, or similar traffic analysis software.
• Familiarity with Maryland DOT, local agency standards, and MUTCD requirements preferred.
• Strong project management, client development, and team leadership skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
